Privacy window filmfor commercial usein the Edmonton area.

Open floors sold everyone on glass, then everyone wanted somewhere to not be seen. Frost film reads as etched glass for boardrooms and partitions, dual-reflective film gives street-level offices daytime privacy, and custom-cut logos turn the same glass into signage. All of it comes back off when the space changes.

White Frost · 65% VLTEtched-glass look - private day and night

Frost or reflection - match it to the room.

Commercial privacy comes two ways. Frosted and decorative film is a physical translucent layer - it diffuses the view in both directions, day and night, and reads like etched glass on a partition or a boardroom wall. Because it’s film, not sandblasting, it comes back off: reconfigure the floor or turn over a tenant and you re-cut instead of re-glaze.

Dual-reflective film works differently - it trades on a light balance, giving street-level offices daytime one-way privacy while keeping the view and the daylight. We’ll be honest that reflective privacy softens after dark, so for rooms that need it around the clock we point you to frost. Either way, the same glass can carry a cut logo or pattern and become branding at a fraction of the cost of etched signage.

Where privacy film earns its keep in a workplace.

Glass meeting rooms with nothing to hide behind

Frost bands and full-frost panels give conference rooms and glass offices confidentiality without walling off the light - the modern look that open floors were sold on.

Desks the sidewalk can read

Ground-floor suites and clinics sit right at eye level. Dual-reflective film gives daytime privacy so staff and clients aren't on display, with the view and daylight intact.

Glass that does a second job

Logos, house numbers, and privacy patterns cut into frost turn plain glass into branding and wayfinding - updated by re-cutting film, not replacing panes.

Privacy, honestly answered.

What Edmonton business owners and property managers ask before frosting or filming workplace glass.

They solve privacy two different ways. Frosted (decorative) film is a physical translucent layer - it diffuses the view in both directions, day and night, and reads like etched glass. Dual-reflective film like Evening View works on a light balance: when it's brighter outside than in, you see out and the street doesn't see in - but that effect softens after dark. For boardrooms and washrooms that need round-the-clock privacy, frost is the answer; for street-level offices that want to keep the view, dual-reflective is usually the call.
